SECTION 280:10-1-6. Written examinations

Latest version.

(a)   Passing grade. When examinations are required as provided in 59 O.S., Section 1214 the passing grade shall be 70 percent.
(b)   Applicant's file. Any written examination shall remain as a part of the applicant's permanent file.
(c)   Conduct of examinations. An examination for licensing shall be conducted by at least two licensed foresters who are members of the Board, or appointed by said Board, and not personally acquainted with the applicant; and at a time and place designated by the Board.
