SECTION 280:10-1-8. Reinstatement of license

An invalid license may be reinstated by making application as provided in 59 O.S., Section 1213 and by the payment of the current registration fee plus one year's renewal fee. Payment of the renewal fee will validate the license for one year from the date of reinstatement. The reinstatement of a revoked license will be in accordance with 59 O.S., Section 1219, but in no instance shall registration and renewal fees be less than those prescribed for an invalid license.
