SECTION 300:35-21-6. Final order

- (a) After the hearing officer has sent his recommendation to the GRDA Board of Directors as provided in 300:35-21-5 or after the time to remedy the violation has passed in the event the respondent does not request a hearing, the Board of Directors shall adopt, amend, or reject any findings or conclusions presented to the Board. If a hearing was previously held, the Board may remand the proceeding for additional argument or the introduction of additional evidence at a hearing held for that purpose.(b) Upon review of the record by the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors shall issue a final order reflecting the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and specifying the action to be taken.(c) Service of the Final Order shall be made by mail to the last known address of respondent.
