SECTION 310:233-1-1. Purpose

Latest version.

This Chapter is to be used by operators of body piercing and tattooing establishments, by artists and apprentices. The rules are to implement the provisions of 21 O.S. Section 842.1 et seq. Nothing in OAC 310:233 shall be construed to require an artist to perform a body piercing or tattoo procedure upon a client.
