SECTION 310:250-3-4. Late renewal

- (a) When a Consumer Health Service's license renewal fee is required by statute or regulation to be paid by a date certain and such fee was paid more than thirty (30) days after the date certain, there shall be assessed a late fee to cover the cost of non-routine processing. The late renewal fee unless specifically set shall equal one-half of the renewal fee for any given type and class, unless the maximum authorized by law would be exceeded thereby.(b) Late renewal fees apply to renewal applications received by the Department more than thirty (30) days after the expiration date of the license.(c) If the license holder does not file with the Department a renewal application and fee within ninety (90) days after the expiration date of the license, the Department shall not renew the license. The license may be re-instated with payment of an initial license fee.
