SECTION 310:257-11-41. Cleaning, frequency and restrictions

- (b) Cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed such as after closing. This requirement does not apply to cleaning that is necessary due to a spill or other accident.(c) Mobile pushcarts and mobile food establishments shall return daily to the commissary for servicing and cleaning, if not associated with an event or celebration.
