SECTION 310:257-17-1. General requirements

  • (a)   The provisions of this Subchapter are in addition to the requirements for mobile pushcarts, mobile food establishments, and mobile retail food establishments as contained in this Chapter.
    (b)   Mobile food establishments and push carts with open foods shall not be allowed to operate without water.
    (c)   The sink system shall be made of equipment and materials intended for the use of warewashing. The sink system shall be designed and installed so that warewashing of utensils cannot be contaminated by handwashing.
