SECTION 310:257-5-12. Eggs and milk products, pasteurized

Latest version.

(a)   Egg products shall be obtained pasteurized.
(b)   Fluid and dry milk and milk products shall be obtained pasteurized and comply with Grade A Standards as specified in 2 O.S. Section 7-401 et seq.
(c)   Frozen milk products, such as ice cream, shall be as specified in 2 O.S. Section 7-401 et seq.
(d)   Cheese shall be obtained as specified in 2 O. S. Section 7-401 et seq.
