SECTION 310:257-5-30. Food contact with equipment and utensils  


Latest version.
  •   Food shall only contact surfaces of:
    (1)   Equipment and utensils that are cleaned as specified under OAC 310:257-7-82 through 310:257-7-91 of this Chapter and sanitized as specified under OAC 310:257-7-93 through 310:257-7-95 of this Chapter;
    (2)   Single service and single-use articles; or
    (3)   Linens, such as cloth napkins, as specified under OAC 310:257-5-32 that are laundered as specified under OAC 310:257-7-97.
