SECTION 310:281-11-2. Accountability

Latest version.

(a) The permittee shall be responsible for directing the operation of the diagnostic x-ray systems under the administrative control of the permittee. The permittee shall assure that the requirements of this subchapter are met in the operation of such diagnostic x-ray systems.
(b) The provisions of this subchapter are in addition to, and not in substitution for, other applicable provisions of these regulations.
