SECTION 310:281-3-3. Registration

Latest version.

The owner or lessee shall register each non-exempt diagnostic x-ray system in use in Oklahoma with the Oklahoma State Health Department within thirty (30) days following the commencement of operation of a diagnostic x-ray system. Application for registration shall be completed on forms prescribed by the Department and shall contain all information required by the form and accompanying instructions.
