SECTION 310:345-3-5. Action on application

Latest version.

When the Council, after due consideration of an applicant and of information pertaining thereto, is satisfied that the applicant is eligible for registration, the applicant shall be approved for registration. The applicant shall be notified by the Council of its approval and, upon payment of fees, shall be registered.
