SECTION 310:355-1-1. Purpose and scope

This Chapter implements the Smoking in Public Places and Indoor Workplaces Act and the Clean Air in Restaurants Act (CARA). This Chapter specifies how compliance with the Act and CARA will be accomplished. All definitions and other provisions in the Act and CARA apply to this Chapter.
