SECTION 310:546-1-2. Public Health Laboratory Service fee schedule

  Fees for services of the Public Health Laboratory are as follows:

(1)   $18.00 - Enteric Bacteria

(2)   $17.00 - TB & Fungus Culture

(3)   $19.00 - Parasite Exam

(4)   Rate Not to Exceed Current Medicaid Rate for Oklahoma - Newborn Screening Approved by the Board of Health

(5)   $7 - Hepatitis B Surface Antigen

(6)   $7 - Hepatitis B Core Antibody

(7)   $18.00 - Gonorrhea Culture

(8)   HIV-1 Screen

(A)   $25 - Private Sector

(B)   $8.50 - Indian Health

(C)   $8.50 - Dept. of Corrections

(9)   $50 - HIV-1 Western Blot

(10)   There is no charge to county health departments for the services listed in 1 through 12 of this section.
