SECTION 310:600-13-2. Conformity with other laws

Latest version.

  The facility shall conform with all applicable federal, state, and local laws including but not limited to the following:
(1)   fire safety or building codes;
(2)   communicable and reportable diseases;
(3)   occupational health and safety matters for employees and staff; and
(4)   hazardous and infectious waste disposal.
