SECTION 310:638-3-1. Testing facilities eligible for licensure

- (a) Intrastate licensure. Testing facilities located within the State of Oklahoma shall be licensed by the Department in accordance with this Chapter in order to provide laboratory services to an employer to test for the presence or absence of drugs or alcohol.(b) Interstate licensure. Testing facilities located outside the State of Oklahoma which are certified for forensic urine drug testing by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, accredited for forensic urine drug testing by the College of American Pathologists or licensed by a State acceptable to the Department are eligible for licensure in accordance with this Chapter to provide laboratory services to an employer to test for the presence or absence of drugs or alcohol.
