- (a) No person may be employed, volunteer, present themselves, or perform as a certified or licensed emergency medical personnel at any level in Oklahoma without a valid certification or license from the Department.(b) While on duty, emergency medical personnel shall wear an agency identifiable uniform or agency specific picture identification.(c) While on duty, emergency medical personnel shall have an electronic or paper copy of their certification or license on their person or unit.(d) Emergency medical personnel shall present their certification or license when asked by a representative of the Department.(e) An individual may only possess one Oklahoma certification or license at any one time. When a level change occurs, the previous certification or license is no longer valid at the time the new license is issued by the Department.
