SECTION 310:659-1-2. Definitions

The following words or terms, when used in this Chapter, shall have the following meaning, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
"Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Health.
"Department" means the Oklahoma State Department of Health.
"HMO Act" means the Health Maintenance Organizations Act of 2003, Title 36 O.S. Section 6901 et seq.
