The authority for the rules in this Title is the Oklahoma Health Care Authority Act. The Act is in Sections 5003 through 5016 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes. The rules in this Chapter are promulgated by the Authority to establish the Authority's organization and its administration, policies and procedures.
