  How to use this Chapter. This Chapter contains basic information concerning the SoonerCare Program. It is intended for use by all providers of medical and health related services participating in the program.
(1)   The Chapter contains Sections dealing with provider policies, coverage of medical and health services, and other general program policies and procedures applicable to all providers.
(2)   Providers and their office staff are urged to familiarize themselves with the contents of this Chapter and to refer to it when questions arise. Use of the Chapter will reduce misunderstandings concerning the coverageand reimbursement of SoonerCare servicesand the Agency's expectations of providers. As users of the rules in this Chapter, OHCA also solicits suggestions and comments from providers.
