SECTION 325:1-1-9. Payment of fines

All fines imposed by the Stewards or Commission shall be due and payable to the Commission within seventy-two (72) hours after imposition, except when the imposition of such fine is ordered stayed by the Stewards, the Commission, or a court having jurisdiction. However, when a fine and suspension is imposed by the Stewards or Commission, the fine shall be due and payable at the time the suspension expires. Non-payment of the fine when due and payable may result in immediate suspension pending payment of the fine.
