SECTION 325:15-3-6. Denial of license

- The Commission may deny a license to conduct a horse racing meeting when in its judgment it determines the proposed meeting is not in the public interest, or fails to serve the purposes of the Oklahoma Horse Racing Act, or fails to meet any requirements of Oklahoma State Law or the Commission's rules and regulations. The Commission shall refuse to issue a license to any applicant who fails to provide the Commission with evidence of its ability to meet its estimated financial obligation for the conduct of the meeting and the bond required by the Act.
