SECTION 325:30-1-14. Delivery of certificates or documents

A proper transfer of Certificate of Registration for the claimed horse shall be made by the Stewards or the delegated Racing Official indicating transfer of ownership to the successful claimant. No person shall willfully refuse to surrender any document of ownership or other document required by the Stewards for the purpose of avoiding or hindering the transfer of a successfully claimed horse to a successful claimant.
