SECTION 325:45-1-12. Bleeder lists

- (b) The Official Veterinarian shall identify horses demonstrating visible external evidence of exercise-induced pulmonary hemorrhage or the existence of hemorrhage in the trachea post-exercise upon endoscopic examination sufficient to impair the ability of the horse to race safely on the bleeder list.(c) The Official Veterinarian shall post bleeder lists in the racing office and make bleeder lists available to Stewards and racing officials at all Oklahoma racetracks.(d) The Official Veterinarian shall record any determination that a horse is a bleeder on the foal certificate of the horse.
