SECTION 325:60-1-7. Unruly horses in the paddock

If a horse is so unruly in the saddling paddock that the Horse Identifier cannot read the tattoo number and properly identify the horse; or if the Trainer or the Trainer's assistant is uncooperative in the effort to identify the horse, then the horse may be scratched by order of the Stewards.
