SECTION 325:70-1-18. Vote on Stewards' decision

A majority vote shall decide any question to which the authority of the Stewards extends. If a vote is not unanimous, the dissenting Steward shall provide a written record to the Commission of the reasons for such dissent within 72 hours of the vote. [3A:204]
