SECTION 330:1-1-3. Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency files

  All official acts of the Trustees, and all meetings of the Trustees, shall be evidenced by a complete and accurate written record, in accordance with the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act. All final orders, decisions, opinions, rules, minutes and other written statements of policy or interpretations formulated, adopted, or used in the discharge of the function of the Trustees shall be considered public records and available for public inspection at the offices of OHFA, upon written request, during its regular business hours.
