SECTION 330:15-7-1. Statement of program purposes affecting participating lenders and allocations to participating lenders

  In implementing its programs, OHFA may endeavor to utilize the services of competent mortgage lending institutions already doing business in Oklahoma at the time the particular program is implemented, subject to any particular conditions imposed by bond rating and marketing considerations. Fees paid to participating lenders shall be fair and reasonably commensurate with the type of services rendered.
