- (a) The Borrower must keep proper books, records and accounts in which complete and correct entries of all financial transactions relating to the Developmentare entered and to keep copies of all certificates required to be provided, together with all invoices, receipts, tenant certifications, complete rent roll information or other records regarding residents, and other supporting documentation reasonably sufficient to demonstrate the accuracy of such certifications.(b) The Borrowershall be obligated to furnish to OHFA, at no expense to OHFA, true and correct copies of such books, records and accounts and other documents pertaining to the Development as OHFA, in its complete discretion and from time to time, deems necessary to determine that the federal and State laws, rules and regulations, including this Chapter and the Bond Documents and financing documents, have been complied with to OHFA's satisfaction.
