(a)   The following term is defined in 43A O.S. §1-103: "mentally ill person".
(b)   The following terms are defined in 74 O.S., §2900.1:
(1)   "Comprehensive Case Management"
(2)   "homeless individual or family"
(3)   "self-sufficiency program"
