SECTION 330:40-3-1. Application

Applicants must utilize an Application in a form to be provided by OHFA, in applying for assistance under the Pilot Program. The Staff will assist Applicants in completing an Application; however, an Application will not be reviewed until a complete Application, including all exhibits, is filed with OHFA. Incomplete Applications will be returned to the Applicant. Eligibility to participate in the Pilot Program does not mean an Applicant will automatically receive funding. Each Recipient must still meet the requirements set forth in this Chapter, including demonstrating a proven capacity to operate and supervise the Project.
