SECTION 330:45-9-3. Record keeping and record retention

- (a) The Applicant shall establish and maintain adequate records of all expenditures incurred. All records must be kept in accordance with generally accepted accounting procedures. All procedures must be in accordance with federal, State and local ordinances and these Chapter 45 Rules.(b) OHFA shall have the right at any time to audit, examine, copy and transcribe any pertinent records or documents relating to any contract resulting from the RFP held by the Recipient. The Recipient will retain all documents applicable to the contract for a period of not less than ten (10) years after final payment is made.
