SECTION 330:50-3-9. Joint custody of children

When both parents are on the Waiting List and both are trying to claim the child, the parent whose address is listed in the school records will be allowed to claim the school-age child as a dependent. For children who are not school-age, the parent whose address is listed in the Day-care records will be allowed to claim the child as a dependent.
