SECTION 330:50-37-1. Introduction

  The informal hearing requirements defined in HUD regulation are applicable to participating families who disagree with an action, decision, or inaction of OHFA. Subchapter 37 describes the policies, procedures and standards to be used when families disagree with an OHFA decision. The procedures and requirements are explained for preference denial meetings, informal reviews and hearings. It is the policy of OHFA to ensure that all families have the benefit of all protections due to them under the law.
