- (a) The Oklahoma Administrative Code for Title III of the Older Americans Act of 1965, as amended, is presented in Parts 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9. Part 1 provides an introduction. Parts 3, 5, and 7 outline the policies of operation for, and the responsibilities of, the three levels of Oklahoma's aging network: the State Agency, the Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs), and the local Title III projects. Part 9 outlines fiscal rules for AAAs and the local Title III projects.(b) Each rule is named and numbered separately. A statement of each rule is followed by a citation(s) of the major referencing authorities, such as the Older Americans Act (OAA), Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC), or Oklahoma Statute (OS). Also listed for each rule are procedures for implementing the rule and cross references to other related rules within the manual.
