SECTION 340:105-10-78. Food stamp benefit assistance for project participants

(a)   Policy. Each nutrition project takes all necessary steps to ensure that the maximum number of older persons within the project area benefit from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Food Stamp Program as members of households certified for such assistance under USDA regulations.
(b)   Authority. The authority for this Section is Section 202(a)(17) of the Older Americans Act of 1965, as amended and Title 45 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 1321.11.
