SECTION 340:20-1-9. Priorities

- Special consideration is given to facilitating the application process on behalf of individuals who are 60 years of age and older, blind, or disabled per Section 8624 of Title 42 of the United States Code. During the open enrollment period, applications may be completed online at www.okdhslive.org or by phone at 405-487-5483. For individuals who lack transportation, are physically or mentally unable to come to the county office, or have no access to a phone or the Internet, Form 08LH002E, Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Application is mailed to the home. Applications may be completed by the spouse, natural guardian, legal guardian, or someone else on behalf of the applicant.
