SECTION 340:25-5-350.4. Undistributed and pended issuance payments

- (a) Undistributed payments. When a payment cannot be distributed to a case balance, Oklahoma Child Support Services (OCSS) temporarily suspends the application of the payment.(b) Pended payments. A payment is pended when it is distributed to a case balance but the issuance of the payment is temporarily suspended. Reasons why a payment has not been issued may include, but are not limited to:(1) federal income tax refund intercept under OAC 340:25-5-215;(2) forgery under OAC 340:25-5-350.3;(3) inactivated debit card;(4) warrant cancelled by statute; and(5) warrant with a stop pay.(c) Payment resolution. OCSS researches the reason for the undistributed or pended status in the automated Oklahoma Support Information System (OSIS), resolves and processes the payment by:(1) adjusting the case balance to distribute to the custodial person or other balances;(2) applying to balances on other cases; or(3) refunding to the payor.
