SECTION 35:1-1-3. Conflicting rules

Latest version.

(a) All rules heretofore adopted by the State Board of Agriculture which are in conflict with the rules in Chapter 1 of this Title are hereby repealed or suspended, but otherwise remain valid and in full effect.
(b) All rules heretofore adopted by the Board which are in conflict with Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes, Sections 301 et seq., as amended, are hereby repealed or suspended, but otherwise remain valid and in full effect.
