(a) The contagious equine metritis regulation found in Title 9 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) (2019 Revision), Section 93-301 and USDA VS Guidance Document 13406.1 (2013) Revision are hereby adopted in their entirety.
(b) All words and terms defined or used in the federal regulation incorporated by reference by the Department shall mean the state equivalent or counterpart to those words or terms.
