SECTION 35:20-11-8. Application evaluation process

- (a) Application evaluation criteria. In anticipation of receiving applications for funding greater than the program funds available, evaluation criteria will be used to rank the applications. These criteria will be developed by the Committee.(b) Review and evaluation of applications. Applications will be evaluated and ranked by Committee members, or by others as requested. Applications with the highest evaluation will be recommended for funding to the extent of funds available.
