SECTION 35:30-13-1. Establishment of quarantine

- (a) It has been determined that Imported Fire Ants Solenopsis spp. have become established in Oklahoma and in certain other states. This insect interferes with farming activities, causes damage to certain crops, and is a pest of livestock and pets, as well as of people in rural and urban areas.(b) A quarantine and rules are established. This subchapter sets forth the name of the pest against which the quarantine is established, the definitions of the terms used, the regulated areas, the regulated material, and the conditions governing the movement of regulated material into, within, and from the State of Oklahoma.
