EDITOR’S NOTE: This emergency action expired without being superseded by a permanent action. Upon expiration of an emergency action revoking a Section, the last effective permanent text of the Section is reinstated. Therefore, on 7-15-03 (after the 7-14-03 expiration of the emergency action), the text of 35:30-21-4 reverted back to the permanent text that became effective 6-12-00, as was last published in the 2001 Edition of the OAC, and remained as such until revoked again by emergency action on 12-8-03.
