SECTION 35:30-29-32. Mobile/tilt tanks operated by commercial storage facilities

- Licensed fertilizer dealers with permanently contained facilities can utilize mobile/tilt tanks. Mobile/tilt tanks shall be empty when stored at a location other than the application site. Any licensee utilizing mobile/tilt tanks shall comply with the following:(1) The licensee shall mark each mobile/tilt tank on a background of sharply contrasting colors in letters at least two inches high with the following information:(A) The words "Liquid Fertilizer".(B) The brand name/grade.(C) The name and telephone number of each person who is to be contacted in the event of a discharge, including any persons responsible for the stored fertilizer.(2) Any mobile/tilt tank used in this manner shall be located in the application field or immediately adjacent field only, and not located on public easements or public vehicle right-of-ways.
