SECTION 35:30-38-12. Pollination

- (a) Any beekeeper who provides colonies of bees for pollination purposes or honey production pursuant to an oral or written contract shall be subject to inspection by the Department for the strength of colonies and the presence of bee diseases and pests.(b) Copies of the written contract shall be furnished to the Department upon request.(c) Each hive shall be a minimum equivalent of five (5) deep frames of nine and one-eighth inches (9 1/8") of bees with brood of a standard Langstrof of nine and five-eighths inches (9 5/8") deep hive body.
