SECTION 35:37-7-6. Approval of plans and specifications

Latest version.

If the final examination of the drawings and specifications shows that the drawings meet meat and poultry inspection requirements, a letter of approval shall be placed with the drawings and an approved set of drawings and letter of approval returned to the applicant. Another set of drawings shall be retained for the Meat Inspection files in Oklahoma City.
