EDITOR’S NOTE: After permanent amendments to this section (360:1-5-2) were published in the 6-1-09 issue of the Register [26 Ok Reg 1518], the agency discovered they had inadvertently re-submitted a filing from the previous year, which included the same amendments to this section that had become effective on 1-1-09, after being published in the 2008 OAC Supplement. Because the filing published on 6-1-09 was submitted in error and included amendments that were identical to amendments that were already effective, the amendments that were published in error were not codified.
