SECTION 365:1-7-5. Hearing record

- (a) Transcript of hearing. Upon written request reasonably made by a person affected by the hearing, and at such person's expense, a full stenographic record of the proceedings shall be made by a competent court reporter. When such transcription shall be made a part of the record of the Insurance Commissioner, any other person having a direct interest therein shall be furnished with a copy of such stenographic record at his expense.(b) Record contents. The record in any hearing shall include the following:(1) All pleadings, motions and intermediate rulings;(2) All evidence received or considered including a statement of matters officially noted;(3) Questions or offers of proof, objections and rulings thereon;(4) Proposed findings and exceptions;(5) The decision, opinion, report or order of the Insurance Commissioner.
