SECTION 365:10-25-2. Purpose

The purpose of this regulation is to recognize, permit and prescribe the use of mortality tables that reflect differences in mortality between preferred and standard lives in determining minimum reserve liabilities in accordance with Section 1510(A)(4) of Title 36 of the Oklahoma Statutes and O.A.C. 365:10-17-4(a) and (b).
