SECTION 365:10-3-19. Filing for prior review

The Insurance Commissioner may, in his discretion, require the filing with the State Insurance Department, for review prior to use, of all direct response advertising material accident, health, hospitalization or disability insurance. Such advertising material must be filed by the insurer with the Department not less than 30 days prior to the date the insurer desires to use the advertisement.
